LEGAL COMMUNICATION IN ACCORDANCE TO ART.13,D.LGS.30.6.2003, N. 196
Dear Sir/Madame, Company, Association, Institution,
We wish to inform you that the Legislative Decree of June 30th 2003, no.196 (from hereon also referred to as “Code”) foresees the protection of the persons and other parties with respect to the handling of personal data. According to the decree in question, such data handling will be based on the principles of propriety, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights. Art. 13 of the decree stipulates that the party in question must be informed concerning the fundamental elements of the data handling as specified in paragraph 1, points a/f). The writer entirely fulfils these requirements by informing you that:

AIMS
The data is collected for the following aims:
- Execution of the requirements derived from a contract, which concerns you or to fulfil your special requests before the enforcement of the contract;
- Fulfilment of the legal requirements, regulations and communal set of rules;
- Management of the clientele (handling of the clientele, management of the contracts, orders, shipping and invoices, reliability verification and solvency);
- Supply management (management of supply relations, and contract, order, arrival and invoice management).

FORMALITIES
With respect to the abovementioned aims, the handling of personal data is to occur by way of written and computer processed methods, in such a way as to guarantee you data security and privacy, as well as to totally adhere to the Law.
The following legal declaration applies to data:
- Collected directly from the party concerned (art. 13, paragraph 1)
- Collected from third parties (art. 13, paragraph 4)
- Received by us from public registries, lists, acts or documents publicly accessible (art. 24, paragraph 1, letter c) within the limits of the methods stipulated by the regulations regarding their public availability.

NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE REFUSAL TO COMPLY
The conferment of the data is at times: 
- Obligatory with regard to the law, regulation and communal set of rules; in such instances your refusal to comply will mean that it is impossible for us to fulfil the legal requirements assumed;
- Restricting to the possibility to efficiently fulfil the contractual obligations assumed; in this case your refusal will have an effect on the quality of the contractual fulfilment.

COMMUNICATION
The aforementioned data can only be communicated to the types of party listed below:
- Post Offices or other correspondence and merchandise distribution companies;
- Banks and credit institutions;
- Public bodies complying with the law, regulation and communal rulings;
- Debit collection companies;
- Legal practices;
- Professional firms and/or company associations that provide us with certain services;
- Accountancy firms.
And furthermore can be made known to:
- Administration, verification and management firms;
- Those in charge of the maintenance and/or repair of the computer systems;
- Accountancy and invoicing staff.
The data will not be communicated to other parties apart from those above forementioned without asking your express agreement in advance.
- The data will be handled for the entire duration of the agreed relationship and also successively in order to fulfil all legal requirements.

RIGHTS OF THE CONCERNED PARTY
IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 7 OF THE Code, as well as the information indicated in this communication, you have the right:
- To have a clear and free confirmation of whether we have your data or not, be the response positive or negative.
- To obtain the update, adjustment or cancellation of such data if the law is being violated or if it is no longer necessary to keep the data.
